VIOLATION SOLUTIONS
The Department of Buildings (DOB) issues violations to building and property owners and contractors if inspectors find conditions that do not comply with New York City’s Construction Codes or Zoning Resolutions. There are at least 12 agencies in New York City that issue tickets/violations to residential and commercial properties. In many instances, these tickets are written in error, and/or contain discrepancies that may permit us to request dismissal. We recognize the difficulties of dealing with these issues and provide our clients with expertise and support in finding solutions.
