OUR HISTORY
JCA & Associates was founded in 2012. The idea of creating a company that helps businesses, residential and commercial property owners, contractors, and developers navigate the complexities of the New York City agencies was seamless. We identified a need in our communities where businesses and property owners were underserved and not able to understand the red tape that drowns City agencies.

Our vision is to provide viable and attainable construction-related solutions to businesses, residential and commercial owners in all five boroughs of New York City.

Jackie Aleman
CEO & President
She is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience distinguished in the Real Estate and Construction industry. Jackie is licensed by the NYC Department of Building, NYC Fire Department, Licensed OSHA Trainer, a Certified Project Manager, and Property Manager. She has completed an extensive list of renovations and construction projects in New York City’s five boroughs, including but not limited to apartments, commercial space, and residential buildings.
Pietro Rosato, R.A
Consultant Architect
He is a Registered Architect in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, a member of the AIA, owner of the architectural firm “PIRO-STUDIO” with over 10 years of experience. He has worked on a variety of project types, from residential to commercial, retail, and hospitality. He received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 2008. He has a fervent passion to reach new levels of perfection in designs, details, and high-quality craftsmanship.
Maria Aponte
Junior Architect
She received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Universidad Iberoamericana UNIBE in the Dominican Republic. With over 3 years of experience, she has worked and has vast knowledge in all scales of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
